Whose passion for men's grooming ignited at the age of 16 in Brisbane, Australia, has honed his skills through rigorous apprenticeships and an enlightening journey. Completing the prestigious MENSPIRE course alongside mentors Josh Lamonaca, Sean Moore, and Charlie Gray, Tian was exposed to diverse cutting styles through his travels and work across various countries. This exposure nurtured his adaptability, enabling him to bring out the maximum potential of every client's hair. Tian is also the driving force behind Chop's Technic Clinic Education, a testament to his unwavering dedication to advancing the art of haircutting.

A quiet and observant professional, she discovered her passion for hair after a transformative haircut in 2021. Starting at 45 Hairstudio and Crossover hairstudio, she honed her skills, later training in Miri and working at THBX barbershop. Seeking more growth, she moved to Kami Salon in KL, specializing in balayage and color techniques. At a seminar, she met John from Chop Hairstudio, a place known for blending barbering and hairstyling with a strong team focus.
